Music App interface issue

After latest iOS 10 update on iPhone SE music app scroll don't work correctly.



How it "don't work"? Like this... first, I open music app, media, scroll works just fine.

And... second, I tap to cover, and music start playin... but...

Scroll just die. (Look on right side of the screenshot.) On iOS 9, fonts in music app was little, and I was see more tracks in list on display, and havent any problems with scroll. Support say me to reupdate in DFU mode, but it dont change anything. Any help will be grats. If I find the solution - I post it here.

I can definitely understand wanting to be able to scroll through any screen on my iPhone as well. Good job with checking with an Apple Store on what needs to be done to fix this issue. I'll be glad to help.
1. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Since the steps you'll be doing will completely erase your phone, please take a moment to back it up to keep your personal information safe.
2. Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings -- You'll need to erase your iPhone in order to "reupdate". Use iTunes on a computer to accomplish this as using your iPhone's settings will only remove your personal information.
First time through, select "Set up as new iPhone" and sign into iTunes & App Store and iCloud.
3. Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB -- Once your phone returns to the home screen, use this article to sync your music back to your phone then see if you're able to scroll. If you are, continue to the next step.
4. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup -- Follow the steps in this article to place your personal information back on your phone.
