iPhone 7 Plus Pre Order Question

Right so I pre-ordered my iPhone 7 Plus when the phone just about to release on the website, which was the 7th, I waited on the 14th to contact a support about my pre order status as it never get changed.

The person told me that all iPhone 7 and 7 Plus is out for delivery and should check my order page for more information. As for pre order pickup was suppose to be tomorrow. My pre order status is still suck on 'Processing'.

Should I wait for tomorrow morning and check again or should I contact a live chat?
