help iso 10 bug

dear apple i have an iphone 6 plus modle running iso 10 beta 1 my home button on my iphone is broken

i try to update to the iso 10 but when i try to upgrade from my iphone a massge pop up on my lock screen saying unable to install iso 10 and nothing else my iphone is fronzen i cant do anything but to tap on the acctive touch and i cant turn off my iphone i try to connect to ituens but i cant do any thing if i want to restart my iphone i cant becuse i need to turn off find my iphone please help and when i want to upgrade from itunes to iso 10 it said that im on the leatset iso please help

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I know how important it is to keep your phone updated and working as expected, and I'd be happy to help you move form the beta to the current publicly released version of iOS 10.

From here if you've been unable to update using the normal steps our best bet would be to restore and update using recovery mode. This will require using a backup of your phone to retrieve your data.

If you are able to make a fresh backup, i would recommend doing so using the steps in this article : How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

To enter recovery mode and restore to the current version of iOS follow the steps in this article : If you can‘t update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Afterwards you can restore from your Backup using the steps found here : Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
