Q: iTunes doesn't recognise iPhone
Since updating to ios 10, iTunes doesn't recognise my iPhone 6.
I have tried everything, I have uninstalled iTunes and installed it again, restarted both my laptop and my iPhone, I have downloaded earlier version of iTunes, reseted network settings on iPhone and still nothing. My laptop recognises the iPhone as usual.

i had the same trouble took the advice of roger heath posted oct 2 2010
worked a treat
this is what he said
first thing go to apple.com download the newest iTunes save to your hard drive in downloads do not install it yet
then go to control panel uninstall software ,apple application support,apple mobile device support,apple software update,
bonjour and then finally iTunes.
then reboot m/c once reboot complete install iTunes from your harddrive
