Do you have an iCloud backup?

Sep 15, 2016 1:52 PM in response to lllaassby iAppleLoverLol123,yes i have an icloud backup but it is one from almost a year ago, so what I did was I restored that old icloud backup and right now I'm going to try using the iTunes backup again.

It should be compatible since then backup has to be made with an iOS version equal to or less than yjr iOS version on the device you are restoring to
