Navigation with watch and maps app on phone

Hi!

Anybody with the same issue? When starting a navigation from the watch through pressing the "Directions to home" button in the watch maps app, the navigation starts on the watch as expected.

The navigation also starts on the phone (blue bar with directions on the home screen) and Siri starts giving directions.

However, when I then open the maps app on the phone, two things happen:

Either the maps app stops the navigation on the watch and on the phone and the maps app show the basic view of where I am, or the navigation continues on the watch and through a Siri but the maps app on the phone does not kick into navigation mode.

This already was the case under iOS 9 and watch OS 2 and did not change with iOS 10 and watch OS 3
