iPhone 5s Passcode buttons not working

I don't know what to do!

My phone is cracked and a bit of the white plastic near the camera has peeled off on my 5S.

I know my passcode, but the 1, 2 and 3 buttons won't work. When I tap them, it doesn't highlight or add any of the "password dots" in the box above. Every other number on the passcode number works, but not the 1, 2 or 3?

I have the numbers 2 and 3 in my passcode - so I can't get into my phone, it just won't come up or highlight when I tap it.

Why is this? I've tried to double tap, I've reset my phone by pressing the home and lock button at the same time, and nothing!

I don't want to have to restore my phone because I know my passcode!!! 3 of the numbers just won't work.

I do have photo's, notes and contacts backed up on icloud, but I'll lose my apps and music if I have to restore as I can't back up my apps or music on iTunes - It requires the passcode.

This is the strangest thing ever. Basically, I can't use my phone despite knowing my passcode because 3 of the number button's don't work..HELP!!!!!
