iOS 10.0.1 Siri Turns Spaces Into %20 & Unreadable Text Messages

I used Siri to read a friend's text message. I used the Reply command to dictate a reply. Surprisingly it DID accurately transcribe every word I spoke. I tapped on the Review window that shows text before it is sent, so I could correct one punctuation item, as I routinely did in previous versions. This time it was Space, The Final Frontier, where Siri gasped and failed....

It turned EVERY Space between words into the %20 text combination you all have seen in URLs or other places that cannot handle a Space character (not a space movies character!). Ironically, part of the response I was speaking was to a friend who had asked, "What bugs?" LOL
