I was made admin of this yesterday, now the DEP login is showing temporarily disabled, but VPP is fine. The only error is that I need to accept the terms and conditions, but they cannot be accepted until I log in to do so. I don't even know if that's the issue or not, but it's the only error visible.
Any ideas?
Had the same problem yesterday. You need to get the Agent to login and accept the updated T&C. Admins can't accept them.

This is really stupid. The instructions say to login and accept them there, but there is nothing to accept. I have tried 3 different browsers as I noticed that stuff was missing on Chrome a while back.
Can anyone try with Safari on a mac? I only have access to PCs.
