Q: iPad has a dead battery, needs passcode for iTunes to open it
my iPad has a depleted battery and iTunes is asking for a Passcode...
if its not starting up... how to remove the passcode? the message I'm getting from iTunes is;
"iTunes could not connect to iPad,.. because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your Passcode on the iPad before it can be used with iTunes"
my question is, how do I remove the passcode with the ipad that needs to be charged? it keeps showing a apple sign,.. the a low red battery pic, over and over!! it won't start up... having the hardest time charging it as well,.. bought a new cord..
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 9.3.5, has a passcode

You probably will have to charge it a bit before you are able to do this.
Best of luck,
