Multiple Conditions for Automation

Before iOS 10 and Apple's Home app, I used Elgato's Eve app for my HomeKit devices: with Eve I could create a rule that would activate on time AND location. e.g. 1/2 mile from my house after sunset turn on the exterior lights.

I don't see a way to create the same rule with Home.

Also, it appears to have broken my existing Eve rule even though the rule appears in both apps.

Finally, it would probably help to have a HomeKit category to post this under, not sure if anyone will find this.....
