iOS 10 update issue

I Updated my phone software to iOS 10.0.1 and now I have several apps that are stuck on my phone. They will not update or delete. I have done a hard reset on my phone and also signed in and out of the App Store. They are still stuck and they say loading but never do. What do I need to do to fix this?
