Q: Family sharing of movies...

My family uses the Family Sharing for iTunes content.  Recently, my wife purchased one of the 10 Years of Movies bundles on her iTunes, and we've downloaded the movies to her account.  However, I can't see the movies when I check "Family Purchases" within my iTunes, and when I look at her iTunes account I can see the movies in her main list but *not* in her "Family Purchases" list.

This is complicated by the fact that my wife *can* see my purchased movies, including a different 10 Years of Movies bundle that I downloaded.  This makes no sense.  Any ideas?

    Hey there msprice97,

I see that you're trying to share some of the new movie bundles from the iTunes store, specifically the ones purchased from your wife's account. In order to help get this issue resolved, please follow through the steps in the link below:

If you don‘t see your family‘s shared content

    Take care.

I had already tried the suggestions on that page with no luck.  We had an issue during purchasing of the bundle with her account, and essentially were double-billed.  Apple credited back the extra charge, but apparently altered her account so that the bundle is no longer listed as purchased?  It's weird, because she has the movies downloaded in her iTunes, but checking her account for purchased movies does not show them in the list.  Therefore, I cannot see them from my iTunes account.  Ideas?

If the films are no longer in the store, or if Apple removed them from the account's purchase history, they won't show. You've checked to see if they're hidden from the cloud ? If they are still in the store and not hidden she may need to contact iTunes Support
