Q: Hard Drive Contents

I have recently transitioned to Apple from a PC. I would like to know if it is possible to view the contents - directory, folders, etc..- of my hard drive like on a pc ??

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015), iOS 10

There is a application called Finder.

 

It is in the bottom-left corner of the display, at the left end of the dock. It will allow you view your files and folders in a hierarchical format.
