How can I get iTunes to list my songs alphabetically by song title so I can scroll to the tune I want to play quickly using the letters to the right of the screen?
If you are using the Music app on your iPhone, all the songs should be sorted alphabetically automatically.
If you are using the iTunes on Mac, I suggest you clicking on "Name" to list all the songs alphabetically.
Scott, I didn't like this change with iOS 10 either, think I found a solution. Settings... Music... Sort Songs & Albums... By Title
Thanks. That worked and I suppose it is better to have it be an option. Which leaves me wondering whether it's better to have the default option settings match the traditional behavior of the app, or push users to learn new features by having the new behavior be the default. It would have been nice to get some sort of introductory message with the first use that allowed me to make that choice.
