Read Receipts

Hello, my name is Ethan, and I am from Cleveland, Ohio. Over the past several months, my 10th period Spanish 4/5 class has been having heated debates over one of Apple's iMessage features- the Read Receipt. Half of the class believes that the feature is pronounced, "Reed" Receipts, while the other half are firm believers that it is pronounced, "Red" Receipts. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
