Does Apple Watch count against iTunes "authorized computers"?

In my computer life, I have:

2010 Mac Pro for home use

2015 Macbook for personal on the road use

2013 Macbook Pro for work

iPhone 6S

iPad 2

These five devices count against my five authorized devices in iTunes. I'm thinking about getting an Apple Watch, and I know it will hold music - so does that device count against my five authorized devices? Will I have to deauthorize something (which will totally screw me over if I have to).

Ideally I'd love to see this number increase from 5 to maybe 8 or 10, because I can't be the only person in this situation...

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10)
