Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.I understand from your post that you are not able to mark your reminders as complete or delay it. I know how important it is for you to be able to mark reminders as complete and to delay them for a later time. In iOS 10 you can swipe the notification to the left and tap Mark as Completed or Snooze.
Use Reminders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Check off a reminder
When you complete a reminder, tap the empty circle to mark it as complete. If you receive a reminder notificationon your Lock screen, swipe left over the reminder and tap Mark as Completed or Snooze to be reminded later.
To see completed reminders, tap Show Completed in the Reminders list.
Best Regards
