Q: ios10 screenshot during facetime call

In all previous version, you were able to take a screenshot during a facetime call by pressing both buttons at the same time.

As from it seems this doesn't work anymore.

Search on google didn't deliver any results (neither the questen???)

Greetings pvkerc,

Thanks for posting on the Apple Support Communities. I see you’re not able to take screenshots during your FaceTime calls. I know taking screenshots allow you to capture special moments. I’ll be happy to help.

First lets try force quitting FaceTime and restarting your phone:

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Once you do that, test to see if you can screenshot. If that still fails, lets back up and restore your iPhone and test:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

That should get the screenshots working while in FaceTime.
