How to create 802.1x TTLS-PAP profiles without having a MAC OS X Server?

Hi,

We are using 802.1x TTLS-PAP on the wireless network and I can't find how to force this configuration on the Mac Probooks/Iphones without using profileconfig (the add section has been deleted 😟), because we don't have a Mac OS X Server to run the Profile Manager to create them.

I tried the iPCU for Iphone but I wasn't able to create these profiles there 😟

Any suggestions to fix this issue?
