I updated to IOS10.0.1 and the new features in meassaging arent working. Help because I really want to use the invisible ink!

Are you holding the send arrow, and selecting invisible ink?
Do you have Reduce Motion on in Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion? If so, try turning it off.

Yes I'm holding down the send arrow but no options come up?
Check to make sure iMessage is on under Settings > Messages.
Are the messages green or blue?
As stevejobsfan0123 said, turn off Reduce Motion if it's on. It can disable these features.

Try holding the reply button and using a 2nd finger tapping next to it and it will appear. Took me a few days!
