Q: keyboard not working
Boot Camp - Keyboard and Track Pad not responding in Windows 7 Pro
I have installed Windows 7 Pro 4 bit with Boot camp. (I am using Yosemite on MacBook Air 13" early 2014 model)
After reboot into Windows the first time, the keyboard and track pad is not responding. So I cannot proceed with further configuration of the Windows. (after selecting the Language and keyboard) And thus cannot run Setup for the Mac Drivers.
My MacBook Air was bought in Japan so the keyboard is different from the US model. I have tried to specify the keyboard as Japan and US, the results are the same - keyboard and track pad not responding.
Would appreciate any sharing of experiences.

If you are using a USB Installer, did you follow the steps in Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support . Specifically look at step 11.
