    Safari doesn't really crash.  It's like it minimizes on the previous web page, but the dot below the icon on the dock is gone--when I click to "reopen" it opens to the last completed web page rather than my default opening page.

    At first I thought it was only happening when I clicked a specific link in favorites, but tonight it started happening when I was "surfing," looking at a large number of web pages while doing multiple searches.

    You might want to consider starting a new discussion. Since this one is marked solved, less people are likely to look at it. A new post would be much more visible. You can link to this one. Please post the troubleshooting steps you have tried. In your first post you typed you had tried this. What this?
