Iphone 5 disabled connect to itunes

Hi everybody!

Last night, my girlfriend tried to enter my phone's passcode and it's disabled. I updated ios 10beta1 using .ipsw via itunes but after restart the iphone background has became black with the only text: "Iphone is disabled connect to itunes". I can not turn DFU anymore. Help me!
