Q: Apple ID cannot be reset by Apple

Hello

 

I have a problem with my Apple ID. I cannot login to any services needed this account. I also cannot reset my password.

 

I tried to reset on iforgot.apple.com page but it failed.. I got an error message when I type my account name and click on Continue:

 

The passwor for this Apple ID cannot be reset at this time. Contact your Apple representative to reset your password

 

I contacted with Apple helpdesk and since more than 2 months I talked with several 'engineers??" to solve my problem, but it seems they just sit and send me the same email every week (after when I asked for information):

"I know it is a long time issue, but the team working hard and I am waiting for update for them"

 

So how can I route this issue to the appropriate person who can really work on this issue?

    Apple won't unlock your ID unless you can prove to them that the device is yours.

    We already finished the identity process based on credit card information, they also send me email and verification code to the device.

     

    the problem is they still cannot restore my account.

     

    It is "funny" that they push iCloud to your face (to store your information in the cloud). yes it is OK if your account is enabled, but if it is disabled you cannot do anything:

    - install updates

    - synch devices

    - Airplay

    - download photos and documents from the iCloud etc.

     

    further problem that I pay for these services but I cannot use it, I also cannot disable payment.

     

    Of course I can create a new account, but in that case all of existing information still won't be available, I also have to pay all of the purchased softwares etc. And all of the information stored in iCloud will be removed from my device..

     

    Anyhow if they have a problem with my identity I think it doesn't take more than 2 months to get valid information..
