Q: There was a problem downloading "..."

For some reason there are certain songs that I cannot download. I get the following error message: "The URL "^0" could not be found on the server." See attached image.

 

Anyone got a clue as to how I can solve this problem. So far I have:

 

  1. Uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes
  2. Deleted the whatever I could from the album I was downloading, including temporary files.godsmack.PNG

I assume this is track you've purchased and has yet to download? If the store has items queued up for delivery then you cannot clear that list from your end and you'll need Apple's support staff to fix it. Use https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
