Old Apple ID linked to video files, How do I access with new ID and different computer?

I have videos that are linked to an old desktop and also with a Comcast email address that I no longer have. I kmow what the password was but I dont have access to it to change it. I now have a gmail email that I use for my Apple ID and that doesnt work to access thr videos. What do I need to do so I can watch my videos that I have copied and now have on my laptop?

Hi there biglamo,

It sounds to me like you have video purchases that are tied to your old Apple ID email address, but you no longer have access to that email. You could try updating your AppleID email address with this article.

Change your Apple ID
