Q: ATV4 TVOS Update

Applied TVOS 10 update yesterday and now the appstore app will not work properly, When i select any of the navigation options within the app i get a blank screen, i am unable to install apps too. Have tried reinstalling the update several times with no luck. Anyone else having this problem. Everything was working perfectly up until now.

    Are other apps, e.g. YouTube, working normally? Have you checked your location and timezone settings, including the iTunes location setting?

    Have checked the itunes store which appears to work fine have checked network settings etc too. I have not checked YouTube. Will try and restore via my mac to see if that makes a difference.

    No issue still present. It seems to be just happen with the appstore app. Once i select the top chart i get a blank screen and nothing else works within the app store after that. I have to kill the process. I have posted on another forum and its not just my device with the problem.
