how do I link data from one numbers sheet with another sheet

I have no problem navigating to another sheet to select a cell in this way. What happens when you click a sheet tab after you type "="? I go to that sheet and am able to click in a table there.

If I am building a table that has many references with another I may start with them both on the same sheet and cut and paste the new table to its proper sheet when I am dome.

If you are looking simply to bring a value from one cell to another you can do this by pointing and clicking.

On the table and sheet you want the value in click in the cell and type "=".

Navigate to the table and sheet you want the value from and click in the appropriate cell.

Hit return and you are done.
