I don't know if it is normal or not, but I get no notification from the breathe app. I have set it to "Every 3 hours" so it should notify me to breathe every 3 hours, but I get nothing.
Does anybody have a suggestion ?

Before erasing all content and settings on your Apple Watch, your iPhone will create a new backup of your Apple Watch. You can use the backup to restore a new Apple Watch. After your Apple Watch unpairs, you'll see the Start Pairing message.

Your answer is helpful, and I appreciate receiving help from the community.
During the week-end, I receive some notifications, but not every 3 hours, so there is something weird there...
I don't receive reminders of breathe only; the other are working. Also, I have Do Not Disturb, but only during the night, so I think I can discard the "Do Not Disturb" hypothesis.
The second thing I could try was unpairing and re-pairing the watch... but I will receive my series 2 in a couple of days 🙂, so I prefer waiting for this operation.
I will tell you asap if it is working properly with my new device.
