I agree. I don't think I'm experiencing a lag in animation, possibly fixed by adjusting the 'zoom' and 'magnifier' settings. My128 GB iPhone 7 Matte Black, v10.0.2, has more of a stutter going on upon opening, say, the messages app, then double clicking the home button in order to close that same app out. What happens is a bit of a 'jump' when the home screen and the messaging app 'split' in order to properly close the messaging app. Then, once the app is closed and returns to the home screen, there's a delay for the top bar (time stamp, provider, bars--all that info) to appear. It's not all one smooth, fluid motion like it used to be. However...I've noticed that if, say, the messaging app is already opened, upon awaking the phone, and then I dbl click the home button to do the same thing mentioned above, close out that app--it's all very smooth. I've also noticed a blank screen when awaking--wallpaper and nothing else. On occasion, when opening apps (contacts, messages), I see only a blank screen. Also--battery life is whacky and worse than my 6 after updating to 10.0.2. I've restored twice at home, and once in store. Nothing has been fixed. Y'all think this is still software? Or maybe a hardware issue? Although--I don't recall noticing ANY of this going on after first purchasing. It was only after the 10.0.2 update.
