Itunes - device not recognised

Hi, iTunes has suddenly stopped recognising my device.


I have updated the software on my 6s Phone (though it was also not working pre-update), I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes. I have re-booted everything but still my pple devise do not show on iTunes. Ive tried my ipad too.


I saw a thread which said delete the lockdown folder which I have done, all no avail.
