Q: ipad air 2 / will not turn on-vibrations bad?

In terms of whether the vibration of the motorcycle affecting your iPad, I can say that there are temperature restrictions for these devices and that would be more concerning to me than vibrations.  For more information on acceptable temperatures for your iPad check out the link below:
