I have an iPhone 5c. Updated iOS 10 the day it was released.
Today, my iMessage and my Facebook messenger keep freezing up as I am typing.
I'm getting an iPhone 7 whenever Verizon decides to ship my phone - that's a totally different issue đ
Anyone else seeing a "phone freezing" bug on iOS 10?

First, lets make sure your iPhone is backed up, then weâll want to force quit those apps and restart your iPhone. Itâs always good to give your iPhone a fresh restart every now and then.

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Then weâll want to reset your settings. This will reset all the settings including wallpaper, network, Wi-Fi, and VPN password. It will not reset any of your apps, pictures, or text messages.

As a last resort youâll want to reset the device to factory settings to test to see if there is an issue with the content on your iPhone.
