Can't rollback to Mac OS X after Windows 10 installation

Hello,

3 months ago I've installed Windows 10 with Bootcamp, choosing to erase the Mac Partition with the possibility to reinstall it whenever I would from the Recovery mode. The problem is that during these days I've decided to rollback to the original operative system, but whenever I try the Disk Utility mode it stucks at half of the loading bar. Instead, if I try to use the internet recovery it stucks right after the WiFi selection.

What could I do?

you may need to remove the bootcamp partition before reinstalling the OS if you are not doing that already.

if Recovery and Internet recovery are failing you can create a bootable installer to flash drive using another mac.

If you are trying to start from Recovery partition (Command + R) try starting to Internet Recovery (Option + Command + R)

- Try resetting the SMC and NVRAM/PRAM

Then try Internet Recovery

Also, use a wired Ethernet connection vice wifi.

If not successful do you have another Mac?

if you can get the USB installer you can open disk utility and format the HD or SSD as a single partition before you begin to install, then later you can repartition if you wish to reinstall Windows.
