You can use a virtualization software such as Paralllels, VMWare or VirtualBox to run a complete Windows installation on your Mac, and then install applications inside Windows.

You can use Bootcamp to install a Windows version on the Mac directly. You would have to restart the Mac any time you wish to change from Mac to Windows and back.

Note that for both options you will need a full Windows Installation with a valid Product Key that you will need to purchase from Microsoft.

Alternatively, depending on the software you need to use in Windows you may be able to get it to run using Wine or WineBottler and as such avoid the need for a full Windows installation.
