The help automated site rejects my extreme SN. Perplexing. Has anyone else had this experience

Airport Extreme Serial Number? You need support and the Apple cite is rejecting the Serial #?


If the Airport Extreme Serial Number is being rejected with the automated system use the contact us at the bottom of this page to speak with an apple representative over the phone and have them validate the serial number and the site you are trying to access if it is hosted on the apple.com domain.


However if you are having an issue with the device itself that is related to it's functionality you can describe it here, detail as much as you can explain what the problem is, what the other devices affected are and explain what you have tried to remedy this.
