How do I rearrange the icons on the iPhone 7?

You should point out that by turning off 3D Touch, the poster will lose a lot of features that 3D Touch provides, like multi-level menus and options. It really isn't that difficult to simply rest your finger lightly on the icons to get them to start wiggling....

You tap and hold on the icon you want to move, then when it begins to wiggle, slide it to where you want it, or slide it to the edge of the screen to go to the next (or previous) page.

This suggestion doesn't work for my iphone7 with IOS 10.0.. I can't move or delete apps in the famil way.
Try resetting your device: Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Lock Screen displays, go to the Home screen and try again.

I Figured it out. It takes a bit of finesse. You press lightly on the icon until the icons start to jiggle and the delete "X" shows up in the left corner. The icon will have a "halo" corresponding with the pressure on the screen. Press lightly and hold until the icons wiggle. Press too hard and you go immediately to another function.

Go to settings/general/Accessibility turn off 3D touch. You should now be able to wiggle by holding down the app

That doesn't work on the new 7. It did on my 6 and 5. All it asks me to do is Share. Any advice for a new 7 128G model?
That's because you are still pressing. Don't press at all - lightly touch and hold but no pressure!

Lightly touch and hold the app you want to move. The key is lightly. It's not like the old iPhone where you press and hold. Barely touch the app and hold
