I have been trying to update my Apple Watch Sport for the past couple days. Every time I try it keeps telling me my watch is up to date with version 2.2.2 but that's obviously not correct. I've tried restarting the Watch and the phone but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

Now my phone is telling me that it can't connect to the watch and to make sure that it's in range and not in do not disturb. It's definitely connected to my phone, the watch says it's connected and my Bluetooth list shows it's connected and I'm still receiving messages on it. I'm at a loss as to what to do!
Have you updated the paired iPhone to iOS 10.0.1? Otherwise the Watch update will not show.
