Q: I bought an album and it says I purchased it. Songs downloaded just fine but it won't let me download or watch the 2 music videos even though it says they were purchased
I recently bought All Time Low's Straight to DVD ii. It's both songs and "music videos". The songs downloaded just fine and while it says I purchased the music videos in the store, it wont let me download or watch them and I dont know what to do. I have tried restarting my computer and everything.

In checking the iTunes Store it appears that the two videos should come with the purchase of the entire album. Have you looked in your iTunes Movies tab? Also, the videos are over an hour long have you given them long enough time to download?
