music app will not open after installing ios10
when i click the app it closes automatically, how do i fix it?

To start I would suggest by forcing the Music app to close and restarting the phone:

Next if the issue persists and since the Music app is built in, the best bet is going to be to back up your iPhone and restore as new. This will isolate what is causing this problem.
If you are able to open the music app after setting it up as new, then you can restore from your back up. If for some reason after restoring from your back up, the music app doesn’t open again, there may be something in the back up causing the problem.
