I understand you're unable to agree to the Terms and Conditions on your iPhone 6. It's important to be able to update your apps!
You posted during a time where the System Status page reflected an issue with the iTunes and App Store: On Friday, September 16, 2016, some users experienced a problem with the iTunes and App Store.
The System Status page now reflects that the both the iTunes Store and the App Store are working as expected. Please try again. If you encounter any issues, restart your iPhone and try again. Here's how:

Trying to update some apps in the Sierra App Store, and just going through an Infinite Loop of "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed." The dialogue posted by szybownik appears, then the terms, box checked, agree clicked, then a thank you message an an invitation to continue shopping, then back to the dialogue, round and round.
