Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring any power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. This should not affect any content on the device, it is similar to rebooting your computer.

Sep 16, 2016 5:59 PM in response to kundratby Dah•veed,It sounds like you need to backup the iPhone to iTunes on your Mac. Next restore the phone to the factory settings and then restore the phone with the backup.
