Hello 37rone,
Thanks for seeking help with your iTunes question here in the Apple Support Communities. I understand how important my music is for me. Let me offer some things to check to get iTunes back for you.
The first thing you want to check is that you are logged in to your normal admin account, and not any other account. If you are logged in to your normal admin account, and even a Windows Search does not find the iTunes application for you, please go to this link: Apple.com iTunes Download. This will allow you to download and reinstall iTunes. Once it is reinstalled, as long as just the application was missing, and not the iTunes Media folder, all your music, album art, playlists, and play count should still be there.
Thanks and have a great rest of your day.
