Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding your phone is frozen on the terms and conditions page in the App Store. I can see how this would be concerning. I am happy to help.First, I recommend trying to force close the App Store. Use the steps and images in the link below if needed.
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touchIf the issue persists, restart your iPhone. This can resolve many unexpected behaviors. Use the steps below if needed.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
