Q: no control center since upgrade to ios 10
I have an Iphone 6 and my wife has an Iphone 6s.
Both phones can't access control center anymore.
Swiping from bottom doesn't work now.
In "Settings", Access on Lock Screen and Access within Apps is enabled. I already have reset all settings and it still doesn't work.
iPhone 6, iOS 10

Hi there, alfredfromAussieland!
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, I understand that you and your wife both are having trouble accessing Control Center on your iPhone devices. I use Control Center frequently, and know how convenient it is to control your phone through it. I'd be happy to help you get this functionality back!
Restting all settings is a great step to take in this situation. Since it hasn't helped, I would recommend first trying the two methods of restarting your phone listed in this article, in the order listed:
Instructions on backing up to either iCloud or iTunes can be found here: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Instructions for restoring to factory settings can be found here: Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
After the restore is complete, set each iPhone up as new (meaning without your backups, at least temporarily) and test whether you can access Control Center. If so, you can use the following article to restore your backups: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
Have a great day!
