Where on my IPod 5 touch can I stop the delay when I type in a password?

when I type in my passwords I have a delay, the letter doesn't disappear until I type in another letter or it times out. As a stalking and hacked victim, this has caused me great distres as I feel I'm in a race to push buttons and more than not my password gets messed up. I also have severe dyslexia so its hard enough for me as is trying to type in numbers and letters in their correct sequence. I know on my Android this option was very difficult to find and I only found it by chance. Thank you

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.5, null

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
