Hi,
Updated iPhone 6s iOS from 9.3 to 10.0.1 (Siri on 9.3 worked perfectly)
Since the update Siri is working only in WiFi and via 4G.
When trying 4G she says: I'm having some trouble with the connection. Please try again in a moment.
Turning back to WiFi and everything is OK
Already tried Use Siri on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support + network reset.
Any ideas?

UPDATE:
The problem was with an app called Onavo Extend that opens VPN over the 4G connection (not working above WiFi - it is used to compress communication over 4G) .
This app worked fine in 9.3.x and now somehow not working properly.
Once disabled Siri is back to normal.
Check to make sure you don't have a carrier update. I had a Tmobile update soon after getting iOS 10 and try restarting phone if you haven't already.

I had no carrier update and restart didn't do the trick.
The VPN seems to be the problem disabling it fixed all Siri problems
Yes, I have same problem with Siri not working on cellular data after update to 10.01 I had long chat with apple support with final result to reset phone and reinstall from an recent backup. Siri worked for 15 hours after reset and then worked once or twice over 2 day period. However for last two days nothing. This is a safety issue as you cannot use iPhone for hands free calls while driving. I set apple store appointment on Saturday but most likely it is a glitch as ALL other data work fine with cellular data AND Siri works fine with wifi?

@Bugtunaone - once I disabled the app and verified that nothing else was initiating the VPN everything was OK
I had the same problem, have deleted Onvavo Extend (never even knew I had it!!) and Siri works again on cellular. THANK YOU!!
