Try force restarting your watch: press and hold down both buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If the issue persists, you will need to contact Apple Support or make a Genius Bar reservation for assistance:

I tried to do the restart by press and hold down both buttons.
It doesnt help and I don't know how to talk with the support because I from Israel and I dont know how to start a conversation.
Please help me to solve my problem.

maybe because I am not in USA.
In Israel I can just bring it to apple shop.
Anyone else having this problem?

Either contact Apple or contact / visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
