Why won't my ipod 5 turn on?

I've held the power and home button

I've held power,home, and volume button

I've charged it for a good 2 hours

I've tried different wall outlets

I've plugged it to pc and checked itunes wont show up

I've tried 3 different plugs one of them brand new

EVERYTHING but still no good help.

OH! I even cleaned the port very carefully

iPod touch, iOS 9

Try the remaining actions of the following. I think you only missed placing the device in Recoverymode and DFU mode and trying to restore via iTunes and going to the Genius Bar

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- Try another cable

- Try on another computer

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
